Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Insurance Policy

At Emma's Mode, we want every order to arrive safely and in excellent condition. For additional peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Insurance to provide extra protection for your purchase.

By adding Shipping Insurance to your order, you are covered in the following situations:

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit or does not arrive, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or the package has been affected during delivery, we will replace the affected items free of charge.

How Shipping Insurance Works

  1. Add Shipping Insurance to your order during checkout.
  2. If an issue occurs, contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
  3. Provide the required information:
    • Photos of the damaged item(s) if your package arrived damaged.
    • Tracking information if your package has been lost.
  4. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement order as quickly as possible.

What Is Not Covered

Shipping Insurance does not cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Packages that are marked as delivered but have been taken by another person or third party.
  • Delays caused by customs processing, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside of our control.
