If a customer refuses delivery of an order or fails to collect a shipment from the designated carrier or pickup location, the parcel may be returned to our fulfillment facility.

Where a refund is applicable, Emma's Mode reserves the right to deduct a handling and return shipping fee of $25 from the total refund amount to cover processing and logistics expenses.
